The goal of the program is to make sure you feel fitter, healthier and happier for your desired date and ensure you reach your target.

This program aims to get the complete best from you in 6 weeks we assess our starting point and our desired goal and the we set a action plan to reach that goal. 

You’ll be continually supported and assessed throughout the programme in order to track your improving strength, muscle gains and fat loss.

And when you hit your goals, it doesn’t stop there, because we know it’s about teaching you how to make better lifestyle decisions and install good habits. This is just the start of the journey.
