I need to understand what you want to achieve from the programme. Often, there can be some initial confusion. Lots of people tell me they want to drop a dress size. But do they really want to become a smaller version of what they are just now or do they really want to lose fat, tone up and have a body transformation?
The consultation helps me get to the heart of the matter and design a programme that’s going to achieve the long lasting, life changing goals the client truly desires.
