How It Works
Anatomy In Motion means your body will heal itself through movement.
I’ll use state of the art technology and apps to analyse what your body is doing, and what it should be doing. The process is grounded in biomechanics and makes ‘unsolvable pain’ solvable.
I put myself through this training course because I wanted to offer clients something most personal trainers couldn’t.
