I am a Personal Trainer within Glasgow. My expertise lie in fat loss, body transformations, functional fitness and boxing at national level – working with me will lead to the change you need.

Ricky Singh Personal Training was founded for one simple reason – I wanted to create the most effective method of training, providing clients with clear objectives, accountability and measurable results.

As part of your fitness training, every client receives a unique programme carefully designed to get maximum results based around what your body will respond to. I believe in listening to my clients and I place equal importance on training as well as nutritional coaching.

My personal training services are highly sought after and I regularly train some of Scotland’s top business executives and celebrities. I aid clients in attaining results through use of state of art body composition analysis and anatomy in motion movement screening.
